in the craft room today

I am creating a series of cards and tags based on the techniques I learned in the Inspiration Showcase class through . These classes are taught by Jennifer MCcGuire and Kristina Werner. Although I finished this class a number of years ago, once registered you have access forever. Which allows me to go back and retake the course whenever I please.

The class demonstrates a number of techniques and instructs how to display them on a canvas to hang in your crafting space. I love my canvas and I want to go one step farther by creating a ring of tags showing each technique. I think this will help me when I am looking for ideas on what to do with a new stamp set or for a needed card.

The first technique is Traditional Resist.

see you next time, mel xoxo

Glossy cardstock stamped with Hero Arts Flower Bursts Pattern in Versamark ink then rubbed wit Adirondack Pool ink. Cardbase is Nenah Solar White layered with Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass cardstock. The sentiment is from a Studio Calico kit stamped in Versafine black ink.

The tag is Nenah Solar White 110b cardstock stamped with Hero Arts Chevron background in Versamark ink then rubbed with Adirondack Pool ink.

On the back of the tag, I wrote basic instructions.

I should have masked the back to keep it clean, but I don't mind the mess.
