Here is the next resist technique, trapped resist. In this technique you stamp a large background over a stamped image or patterned paper (as I did here) and then clear emboss over it. The patterned or stamped image is "trapped" in the clear embossing and when ink is rubbed into the non-embossed areas it can still be seen.
I love the glossiness of the clear embossing powder. This technique is not easy, but the final product is worth it.
